Little bits of apple-deliciousness
Adapted from I Know How to Cook!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. Apples
2 T. Sugar
1 1/2 t. Vanilla
Juice of one Lemon
1 C. Water
Directions:
Peel, quarter, and core apples. Place in large, flat-bottomed pan with water, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and cook on high heat, covered, for 15 minutes or until water is reduced and apples begin to caramelize. Serve warm or cold, alone, with cheese, yogurt, whipped cream, or whatever you can think of!
