Adapted from the Pioneer Woman

Ingredients:
2 skinless Chicken Breasts
2 T. Olive Oil
2 T. Butter
1 whole Yellow Onion, diced
1/2 C. Whiskey
8 oz. Grilling or Barbecue Sauce
1/2 jar Grape Jam (or any jam you like)
1/2 C. Water
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves Garlic, peeled
2 whole Green Onions, sliced thin

Directions:
Heat oil and butter in a heavy pot over medium-high heat. Place chicken in the pot, brown both sides, then remove to a plate.

Pour off half the grease, then return pot to stove. Add onions to pan and stir, cooking for 2 minutes.

Pour whiskey, grilling sauce, jam, water, and Worcestershire sauce into crockpot. Throw in garlic cloves. Stir until combined, then add chicken and onions. Cover and set crockpot to cook on high for 1 1/2 hours.

Serve chicken with risotto and sprinkle sliced green onions over the top.
