Sausages Roasted with Brussels Sprouts

(a.k.a., things in my fridge when I got home after work)

Sausages Roasted with Brussels Sprouts

4 Sausages
1 lb. fresh Brussels Sprouts
1 white Onion, chopped
2 t. fresh Thyme, chopped
2 t. fresh Oregano, chopped
4 Garlic cloves
4 T. Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 450°F.  Saute sausages and onions, with olive oil, thyme and oregano, in a skillet until onions begin to be translucent.  Slide everything in the skillet into a casserole dish.  Cover with brussels sprouts.  Roast until sausages and brussels sprouts are brown, stirring occasionally, about 40 minutes.  Season with salt and pepper and serve.
