Ingredients:
1 boneless, skinless Chicken Breast, cooked and chopped into small pieces
1/3 C. Raisins
1/3 C. Almonds, chopped
1/3 C. Celery, chopped
2 T. Curry Powder
1/4 C. Mayonnaise
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients, stir, and serve on bed of lettuce and couscous (approx. 2 C. total)
