Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
1/2 C.Parmesan cheese, grated
8 Anchovy fillets, minced
3 T. Lemon Juice
3 cloves Garlic, minced
2 T. Dijon Mustard
3/4 C. Olive Oil
Directions:
Whisk together to combine, serve with 12 C. romaine lettuce.
