Chile Relleno Casserole

Oh yeah, look at those layers of cheesy goodness.

Chile Relleno Casserole

1 lb. Cheddar Cheese, grated
3 Eggs
1 1/2 C. Milk
1/2 C. Flour
1 8-oz. can Green Chilies
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray a 9x13 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Mix the milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and flour.  Layer chilies in bottom of pan, pour milk mixture over, and top with cheese.

Bake for 50 minutes.
