Monster Cookies

Seemingly appropriate for Halloween but where does that name come from anyway?

Monster Cookies

Ingredients:
3 Eggs
1 1/4 C. Brown Sugar
1 C. Sugar
1/2 t. Salt
1/2 t. Vanilla
1 12 oz. jar Peanut Butter
1 stick Butter, softened
1 C. Peanut Butter M&M's or whatever candy you like!
2 t. Baking Soda
4 1/2 C. Oatmeal

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs and sugars and mix well.  Add salt, vanilla, peanut butter, and butter and mix well.  Stir in M&M's, baking soda, and oatmeal.  Drop by tablespoons 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets.

Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.  Remove and let cool or eat immediately and feel bad about burning your mouth.
