Muhammara!  How fun is that to say?  
Muhammara!  Muhammara!  Rah, rah, rah!

Modified slightly from the Bon Appetit Test Kitchen via Epicurious

1 12-oz. jar Roasted Red Bell Peppers, drained
1 clove Garlic
1 1/2 C. Walnuts
1/2 C. Panko breadcrumbs
2 T. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 C. Pomegranate Juice
Juice of 1 Lemon
1/4 C. Sugar
1 t. Ground Cumin
1/2 t. Cayenne Pepper

Add Pomegranate juice, lemon juice and sugar to medium sauce pan.  Bring to a boil and simmer until reduced to syrup consistency.
Blend everything in a processor until coarse puree forms. Transfer to bowl; serve with pita chips.
